Types of Skylights

UNITIZED - VERSALITE

OBE Versalite® unitized skylights are pre-engineered, pre-assembled and pre-glazed and come in pyramid and ridge configurations, with either hipped or vertical ends. Featuring fully guttered framing, they are shipped ready to install in widths up to 8′.

SINGLE SLOPE

BMS-3000 Single Slope

Single slope skylights, sometimes referred to as lean-to skylights, are very common and are designed in all shapes and sizes. The BMS-3000 Single Slope can be a simple one lite wide by one lite upslope opening or a complex segmented design and is available in a wide variety of pitches and framing depths from 2-1/2″ to 12″.

Our proven and time-tested BMS-3000 skylight system remains at the pinnacle of state-of-the-art sloped glazing technology and performance. Whether fully captured, 2-sided structurally glazed, or 4-sided structurally glazed, BMS-3000 has been rigorously tested to perform to and exceed extensive AAMA and ASTM standards. NFRC and AAMA thermal testing can also be simulated for your specific project conditions.

All our BMS-3000 configurations are also available in both small and large missile hurricane resistant versions, offering superior protection against windborne debris. Found on projects from Maine to the Gulf of Mexico to beyond our country’s borders, you can count on our impact resistant skylight configurations to provide the protection specified.
